AI Matrix Spillover Review – Sorry!
Honest assessment? This is a textbook example of a MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) / Pyramid Scheme hybrid dressed up in modern “AI” clothing.

It is using the hype around artificial intelligence to mask a very old business model. Here is a breakdown of why you should be extremely cautious:
1. The “AI” is Just a Funnel (Marketing Hype)
They claim the AI “closes sales” and “builds your downline.” In reality, this is just a standard automated sales funnel. Many legitimate businesses use autoresponders and follow-up emails. Slapping the word “AI” on it doesn’t make it revolutionary; it makes it a buzzword. The “AI” is not finding new people for you; you still have to send traffic.
2. The Math Doesn’t Work (Saturation)
The $20,486/month figure is a classic “red herring.”
- It’s a 2×12 Matrix. To fill that matrix completely, you would need 8,190 people in your downline (2^1 + 2^2 … 2^12).
- To pay you $20k a month, the company needs to collect $30 from 8,190 people, which is $245,700 in monthly revenue just to pay you.
- If everyone hits that maximum, the company goes bankrupt instantly. The reality is that 99.9% of people will make very little because the matrix never fills. The people at the top (the founders) get rich from the monthly fees of the masses at the bottom.
3. The “List Building” Catch
They say you own the email list, which sounds great. However, the people on that list are likely:
- Other desperate affiliates trying to sell the same thing you are.
- People who signed up for a “free” report and are immediately spammed.
Marketing to a list of people who only joined to make money themselves (rather than buy products) is incredibly difficult.
4. The Fine Print (Earnings Disclaimer)
They hide behind the text: “Earnings shown represent maximum potential… and are not guaranteed.” This is legally required because the FTC has cracked down on MLMs for misleading income claims. The reality is that in these programs, over 90% of people lose money or make less than minimum wage.
5. The “Unlock” Levels
Notice that in the monthly plan, you need 2 referrals to unlock levels 11 & 12? That is designed to force you to recruit to get the “full potential.” If you stop recruiting, your matrix stagnates.
6. The Business Model
This is not a product-based business. The “product” is the membership to the system that is supposed to make you money. When the product is “the opportunity,” the only way to make money is to recruit other people looking for the opportunity.
This creates a chain letter effect. Eventually, the market becomes saturated, people stop joining, and the matrix stops filling.
The Verdict
Run the other way.
You will spend $30/month (or $360/year) plus advertising costs to drive traffic to a link. You will likely find that the only people who convert are other people looking for a “passive income” system. You are essentially paying for the privilege to be a salesman for a company that offers no real value to the outside world.
If you want to make money online:
Use that $30 to buy a domain and hosting, learn a skill (copywriting, SEO, social media ads), and sell a real product or service. It is harder work than “sitting back,” but it has an actual ceiling and you own the asset completely.
